How is the life after leaving? I m dreading

I am trying to get my head around it..

The first moments after leaving, the first hours after, I m a while before the move, and I cannot stop my tears, I feel guilt, I fear the unknown, unsure of where I m going exactly and a chaos in my head.

Will leaving will get me homeless for years? Joint tenancy here… where to i go? What do i do?
