  Just had my appointment with doctors
  
  I have disc damage on the left side of my neck
  
  He’s put me medication to see if numbness and pins and needles subside in my left hand
  
  If not I going to be refered to consultant see if if it’s possible to have surgery but doc thinks it may be a no go area
  
  Iam mad at my self for not opening up when my ex did this to my neck.. but I did not think he meant to hurt me … and he did this (detail removed by Moderator)
  after I started work!! Why did I look past this red flag

  Fingers crossed the medication helps you. It’s easy to look back and think of the should’ve could’ve situations but try to look forward and not back, many people don’t see the ‘red flag’ or they see it but brush it off as something else, trivial.

  Dont be hard on yourself. We all look past red flags. Thats why we are on this site lol. They are good liars and con men. Its his shame not yours. Glad they found out what the problem is. It really could have been alot worse. Not that its much comfort but you can at least concentrate on your recovery in peace. I had a great chiropractor. You might want a second opinion from a good one x
