Letting the dust settle

So my “getting out” (which was actually making him get out) was very recent and I am actually feeling pretty good about things so far. I’ve got a lot of support from everyone from friends and family to my local women’s aid to the local police. I’ve got social services coming soon to give me some support as well.

I’m doing really well at no contact and it’s actually been easier than i thought so far. He has stopped trying to contact me, although his mum has been asking how my little girl is etc which I don’t mind.

It’s just a case of waiting now what, if any, contact my little girl will have with him going forward. Social Services are going to help me decide that.
