Need help now but can’t find anyone

  Hi my idva is signed off work. I’ve phoned the number she gave for somebody to help me but they aren’t answering.
  I can’t afford a hotel for me and son tonight but I can’t stay here
  He’s shouting and screaming in my face, raising his fist at me again. I can’t stay here. He saying it’s all in my head. I need to stop shouting (when it’s him).
  What can I do?
  I’ve nowhere to go

  Ring the police? Have him arrested and removed? Ring the helpline number to find your local refuge? The police might also help you with this x

  Hi I know it’s scary but you need to find the courage to Call the police. they can stop him seeing you, having any contact. You must be feeling sick to your stomach. Good luck, I hope you get him out of your life soon

  Please call the police. You don’t deserve to live like that. I eventually got my ex out that way and I don’t regret anything other than not doing it sooner.
