So I’ve had an awful time since Christmas and I’ve got to the point where my non molestation order can be progressed I filled it in to send back ncdv. But hes taken the pressure off this week and as per usual my resolve crumbles. I dont know if it’s just my relief but I now start thinking what if it is me and I am over reacting. Does this happen to anyone else , how can I get focused again

Try to keep going I remember just wanting to back down so that I’d get peace. I couldn’t think straight and I was aware of that. I would do the opposite of what my own thoughts were saying eventually I didn’t trust myself. This does get better but mean try to rely on the advice your getting from womens aid police and the forum xx keep going and file for that non mol otherwise you can’t move forward xx much love diymum
