So my ex partner found me after (detail removed by moderator) years now wants contact with the kids.i received a letter through my door from my solicitor as he recommended I apply for a child arrangement order the solicitor has now wrote to my ex partner I’m soso scared something bad will happen now ðŸ˜

Hey, your kids are at a good age where they can understand how dangerous this man is. Try not to worry. Just make sure your solicitor completely understands the situation and gives him nothing. The child arrangement order I’m assuming is for you own protection and that of your children in case he tries to approach them. It’s only natural that you’re fearful but you are not the same person you were (detail removed by moderator) years ago. You’re stronger and you know his game. Have faith in yourself and your own abilities. It could be that he’s just fishing to see how far he gets. Make sure the local police are aware and ask for a police marker for your home. Talk to your local women’s aid too about special measures x have you had counselling? I wonder how much of the fear goes back to previous incidents many years ago?
