So (detail removed by Moderator) months after I got the courage to leave.
I have friends (was told noone liked me)
A good job (told I couldn’t stick at anything)
      A safe place to live
And I’m in a relationship with someone who was a friend previously.

I look 10 years younger (I actually do which is mad)
      I’m rediscovering happiness

You can a get there too

Ahhhh well done months on sounds like you are doing amazing all the BS things he told you couldn’t you can and I bet you are finding how strong and successful you are – yes the looking younger thing same here and how great is that! And other people are noticing and saying I look young and pretty I’m neither hahah but felt good! What a lovely optimistic post about life the other side – I think living free of the constant drama that is created by abuse is so healthy for us. Enjoy x
