Its always worse when things are going smoothly I find because at some stage something inevitably annoys them and they lose it again. Ive had a few weeks of peace.. (detail removed by moderator)… and despite me having lost a job, no financial support from him at all, more than one child etc Ive been feeling ‘good’ for weeks. He returned and was ‘OK’… I felt on edge. Now he’s blown up again as my solicitor has issued a letter saying (detail removed by moderator). Cue him sending abusive messages and saying horrible things about (removed by moderator). Ive had to start up logs again and so forth and I just hate it. I hate having any contact with that horrible controlling angry man. I hate having to send me kids to see him. I hate that because he wont even pay maintenance we still have to keep arguing via solicitor over a resolution.

      sigghhhh.

Nothing really to say, just plod on with it. I just needed to have a bit of a moan!

      Hi Buns and Cakes,

Things are fine if everything’s going their way and they aren’t asked to do anything for anyone or contribute anything; the second they are asked to act responsibly, they rest up and start spouting all kinds of horrid things. I know how disgusting their language can be.

Just take this as further proof of the monster he is, and how lucky you were to get away.

These men should be forced to pay for their kids. Child Maintenance will communicate with him if you tell them that he is abusive, then you won’t need to. And he will be penalised if he fails to pay up.
