      Hello everyone.

I’m just having a moan I think. We are encouraged not to pop into CAB, solicitors etc but to telephone or email instead and get advice over the phone.

But today my internet and telephone services are not working yet again. So I cannot make a call for help with a situation that could help with keeping a roof over my head. I can’t ring another time as I’m working and there’s no guarantee that the phones will be working then either.

How do people do business, let alone help people in difficult and urgent situations? A couple of weeks ago I witnessed an incident in the street, tried to call the police and again was blocked from calling due to technical difficulties. It’s an abuser’s paradise.
