Can anyone direct me to help or help me themselves?? I have ongoing child arrangements order at the minute . Due in court soon wanting to know if anybody has an idea of what courts will order for a (detail removed by moderator) baby? Father didn’t see him for (detail removed by Moderator) has seen him then (detail removed by Moderator). He wants days and nights previous to me leaving he had baby on a handful of occasions alone and Never even woke up at night !!

I’ll be going through the same soon. I’m hoping the fact that I’m still breastfeeding will assist. I will not allow him overnight he’s far too young. I don’t think the court would expect a young baby such as yours to be without mumma overnight especially with practically a stranger. Keep your log of all the times he’s seen your baby, state he’s never had him or dealt with him on nightwakings.

We can’t express without breast pumps 😉 Also, it would definitely cause nipple confusion for my little one. He breast feeds not just for hunger but for his developmental and emotional needs and night feeds. I Will fight it tooth and nail.

Ha no me neither and you can’t link either 🙁 I have found some supporting stuff but I have expressed before and has taken a bottle in the past though not for many months . It’s so hard aswel when you are in court to stick to your guns i find there’s a lot of pressure to do what is seen as fair for the father not the baby!!

Get advice from Rights of Women and see whether you can qualify for legal aid. (detail removed by Moderator) you need good legal preparation.
