      Good afternoon

I’m completely lost. (detail removed by Moderator) I asked my husband (detail removed by Moderator) to do a test to prove he has not done drug and alcohol before he sees my daughter and asked (detail removed by Moderator) to supervise

He is being awful via the Solicitor saying he is worried about my mental health!!!!!

He has just been dragging time on probably to get a clean result!

My gut is telling me to do a child arrangements order, (detail removed by Moderator)

I am financially trapped as I have (detail removed by Moderator) houses with him

I am worried about money and money charities no one will help me

I am staying with a family friend with my daughter

I feel like a failure an awful failure

      Lost and alone xxzxxxxzzzzz

      Hi Copevarde,

You are not a failure! You are doing something very hard, but you and your daughter are safe. That is a huge achievement!

Are you in contact with your local domestic abuse support organisation? Mine is incredibly helpful.

If he has a solicitor she is probably already telling him to do an arrangement order just let him say what he wants only reply with what is necessary or just acknowledge that you have received any letters you don’t need to tell them anything you don’t want to x
