Nearly (detail removed by moderator) and one phone call today takes me straight back. 🥺 The new and old emotions hitting me like a giant wave, knocking me off my feet and I lost my breath just for a moment.  Fear has been uncovered once more.  I join new to this space to take control back and seek strength with others.

You will find lots of supportive people here and it’s safe .  Glad you posted here so you feel less alone .
