Please do not be afraid. Do not waist your life in a relationship that is abusive. I have wasted along time in my relationship and it is not worth it so please be strong for yourself and your children if you have any. If you stay, it will damage your health and your childrens health. Please be strong, once you have left you will immediately feel like a weight has been lifted and please leave before it is too late. Unfortunately I tried to leave so many times but it has taken for me to leave after social services started care proceedings for the children. Please leave before something serious happens. It will be ok

You know…….one thing I will add to what you said is, Guess What? What do you have to lose by saying I’m not taking this anymore? What? I’m having such a fantastic time living in Hades? Uh no… I think we really don’t know how much power we truly have. Hey, if we can give birth to another human being, then we can do anything we put our minds to. Because giving birth is like WOW and since men can’t do that one, I’m sorry, but, I got a wee bit more power going on than you do! We just have to realize it and then fire it up! The single one thing that our abusers do is convince us we have no power. They have to do that in order to cripple and hobble us. You have to realize one very important thing though….doesn’t that mean they really fear us? Actually it does. Why all the abusive tactics then? They know that IF we really got going in our own power, they might need to run or at least get the heck out of your way. Bullies are cowards and in some very weird way them needing to control you says that – they know all about your power. Why else would they need to tame you and chain you? They smell you, trust me, they do. All predators have that ability. Human predators do as well.
