I begin to accept that the abuse has left me damaged deeply.
I learn to accept the flashbacks.
When I have flashbacks I withdraw in my bedroom, close the door, hold a pillow close to my face and yell into it until it is over.
Then I carry on with what I was doing.
I cannot participate in conversations of women about their husbands and children. Those conversations make me sick.
I get up and do something else. I do not mingle with women who have male partners.
I reduce my contacts to men as much as possible.
For workmanship I actively look for women businesses.
Every aspect of my life is focused on preferably dealing with women.
Mansplaining makes me furious. I have no tolerance for it.
I am terrified of men.
I am unable to trust any man.

I can relate to your post ..I never ever trusted men
From being sexually abused as a child ..my walls where so high ..thing is men can sniff me out then target me ..making me believe I can trust them then boom ..taking advantage of …then treat me like garbage.
It’s been quite a while now since I left ..but my mental health is so much worse …I trust no man now .I look at them feel disgusted …I getting to the stage now I better off alone …I would not be able to trust no man now
I have my doggy and my family I love that’s enough for me x

An American entrepreneur is opening a holiday retreat on an island in Finland where no men are allowed.
SuperShe Island is under construction in the Helsinki archipelago, and is set to open to female only guests later this year.
