In the last few years, I have never felt the need to jump up and down, and lash my teeth as much!!!!

There’s a few things I’ve found out off social media, and now he’s thrown some of my possessions away, without letting me know!

What little respect I had has now been wiped off the bottom of my boot…

      I am beyond words…..

Last week, I could feel myself literally vibrating inide, I was so up….

      Urgh…

      Hi Melonballs,

It’s so disrespectful of him to throw your things away. No wonder that you’re feeling angry. Do you have a way that you can work the anger out constructively? I’m glad that you’re able to vent some of it here and know you’re understood.

      Take care and keep posting,
      Lisa

Thinking of you, that sounds like a lot of anger. And you are understandably feeling angry.
Take very good care and hopefully you have some healthy ways of expressing that anger.

      I am sorry for this.

It happens and happened to me. It’s difficult- I did get some things of importance but not every thing.

It’s really hurtful. I could not go back for safety reasons and it continued that way.

Apparently this happens a lot to women in domestic violence situations.

this happens a lot. i remember my things being ripped, broken and thrown out. the worst thing he had done was selling our laptop to get money. my babies photos were saved there , her 1st moments when she was born, it has been more than a decade since it happened but is till have the anger and great sadness as ill never be able to show her the photos of her just being born. ill hate him for that always. abusers have no respect, they are just awful.
