Happy home 😊

My children are safely back following a holiday with their dad, during which he did things to upset and unsettle me, so I’m breathing a huge sigh of relief. They are so happy to be home with all their comforts, pets, home cooked meal, cuddles etc. They are exhausted and emotional so have both gone to bed early. This time last year things were so different. We’d had to move twice in a fairly short space of time, change schools and deal with the police and social services in our lives. Now our home is so loving and relaxing, friends visit often, the pets are happy and we all feel very safe. I have never experienced a safe, happy home in all my life and I feel very grateful and proud of our home now 😊

Thank you all. I do feel proud of myself and it takes a lot for me to be able to say that. It’s sad the children didn’t have a good holiday with their dad. My eldest says they bullied her and she never wants to spend a week with them again. But all I can do is keep our home as happy as possible. We are having a lovely week just playing, meeting friends and having fun. They are so lovely x*x

Peaceful pig you should feel very proud.
Sorry your children when through what they did. They have you to be come home to and be safe. They now know what peaceful and safe is that will only help them in the future.

I hope for your eldest sake that her wishes can be granted and that she never has to go through that again.
