He left (detail removed by Moderator). With new partner. They are having a rough patch so he has decided its okay to move back in (detail removed by Moderator). I can’t deal with this. I feel so uncomfortable.

My heart goes out to you. A very confusing time for you . Wishing you wasn’t in this situation. I’m sure you will stand your ground. Your stronger than you think. I hope and pray for better days ahead. Stay safe and stay strong. Sending gentle hugs . Please make sure you take care of yourself . Remember how important you are .

findinghope is this allowed. is it a joint property or something (has he rights). are you safe. its quite concerning & no wonder you feel like you do – i cannot even bear to see my ex’s name
because i dont know what happened & why he left its difficult to give any advice (so unsure whether its serious enough to involve the police or solicitors)
all i can think is to get in touch with your local da service for their support & advice (if you arent already)
the most important thing is your safety (mentally, physically) so i do hope you contact those who could possibly help with the situation you have found yourself in all of a sudden
stay strong & stay safe x
