Hello! I am new! Campaign groups?

I am new here. Thanks for adding me. I am a survivor. I left him in (detail removed by moderator). He pushed me of the bed, blocked my exit, threatened to punch me, accused me daily of sleeping with other men etc. He kept harassing me until (detail removed by moderator) ago. I have come a long way since all this happened and I grow everyday. I want now to get involved in a grassroots campaign group to work with other survivors in raising our voice against domestic abuse and to ask more support from the system. If there are any existing groups please let me know. Otherwise, I might start new and get back to you when I put a plan together.

Hi and welcome. Women’s aid would be a good place to start. They have local groups and often campaign for change. Perhaps you could support one of their campaigns? Or suggest change to them and get their support x
