Help regarding property

Iv been battling for months to get my daughters things back from my ex’s property but because I’m not on the tenancy and he took my keys off me it’s proving difficult. Iv tried the housing association, police, the council and Idas they’re all turning me away saying they can’t help! It’s a quick turn around from when someone goes to prison to them losing their property and it being cleared out and my time is nearly up to sort this! I’m do desperate does anyone know what I could do I need help ASAP! X

Ring Rights of Women or ring a local solicitor for some free advice. Citizens Advice were also a great help to me. They will know what to do. You could ask the landlord when he’s emptying the flat and be there to get the belongings. There must be an emergency set of keys somewhere.

It’s not private rent, he took my keys off me the night I rang the police on him Iv searched everywhere outside for spare key but I’m lead to believe a family member has got it Iv tried reaching out to her but only ignored me and is ignoring the police too. I’m thinking CA but do I have time to do that? I remember having to wait three weeks once to see them and I really don’t have the time to wait that long. What is rights of women Iv never heard of this but will look into them. I’m so stressed about it and very upset being passed from pillar to post nobody cares! Thank you x
