  I’m new here and just wanted to say Hello to everyone. I have been suspecting my father of sexual abuse for years but recently had my second flashback involving him. Looking for support and hoping I can support others as well.

  You may find it helpful to contact Rape Crisis to explore their support. They are a national organisation that operate local centres for women who have experienced rape or sexual abuse. They are contactable via their 24hr helpline on 0808 500 2222; they also have a live chat service (available Mon-Fri) through their website.
