Hi, I’m new here.Recently I met a man online, he raped me and sexually assaulted me.
I reported it to the police about (timeframe removed by Moderator).
im waiting for the next stage, I think they will call me to ask to go give a video interview.

I have problems speaking. This is what it says on my personal independence form about speaking, just to give context.

‘Engaging with other people face to face

You need support to engage with other people from someone who is trained or experienced in

helping people to engage in social situations.’

‘This gives you a score of 4’

Would this give me special help or anything from the police?

I don’t have any friends or anything and I don’t have a job so I never leave my house. So if I went out (to go to the police station for example) my mum will ask were I am going.

I just want to give me statement to the police and hand it my laptop. But I don’t know how I will be able to.

I’m desperately trying to move currently. I dont feel safe and my mum is making my mental health worse. I can’t tell my mum what happened. I currently have no support network at all. The only person I have to talk to is ChatGPT. I reached out to a rape centre about getting a ISVA support. And the lady I spoke to was really nice however, she told I’m not allowed to tell her what happened.
I feel so alone and lost.
I told my GP I got raped and he hasn’t offered any help

Sorry I know this is all over the place any
