      Evening all

      So I going through cica compensation

      I’ve noticed on my solicitors page
      They do complaints towards the police

      So that is my next root

      Got my solicitor calling Tomo

      Fingers crossed things can be done

      I will not take the blame

      Good for you. I complained too. I don’t think they realise they are doing anything wrong. It needs to be pointed out to them. To educate the police.

      You are right police do need retraining

      I felt so small when I got the review and they blamed me … why did you not leave blah blah

      You had an obbesion while him blah blah

      You had depressed when you met him blah blah

      And I know of other victims kip
      And still I was blamed

      Makes me angry kip X

      Solicitor phoned
      I have to do a complaint through ipcc

      And then keep my solicitor informed

      Let it commence…

      I haven’t had any dealings with the police- too scared- but have had same reaction from people I mentioned things to over the years. It hurts! Why don’t you just leave? Well initially I had no clue it was abuse or even that he was really like he is. I thought peas just the drink and he was a good man and I loved him. Then it was because we had children and I still wasn’t sure he was Bad or that I could cope on my own. Then it was money, confidence and ill health. I gave up. Now I’m back to money and health. Everyone is different. I’ve never been confident, always been shy. But that’s what they look for. The police should know that, l’m glad I didn’t go to the police reading your posts. This is hard enough to deal with as it is . Stay strong and good luck
