He stayed out all night last night. Rejected my calls and ignored my text. Told me he would be home in a little while. He chose to completely ignore me. I have been worried sick all night incase he is drinking or on drugs again. I feel like nothing. All I have done is cry all night. Why does he not care. What have I done so wrong. We are supposed to be goinbaway in a few days I don’t know if my best option is to just cancel now. Because of the way he treats me. I thought he cared about me. Clearly not.

It’s horrible when this happens and we still care about them. You have done nothing wrong at all. Absolutely nothing. If he choses not to communicate with you, there’s not much you can do about it. I stopped going away with my ex after some years ago. He used to sit around expecting to be waited on hand and foot and clearly wasn’t enjoying himself. It was like visiting people with a massive hulk of sulk on my shoulders. It made me nervous.On reflection he did it a lot and when we left he so often complained that he didn’t like any of the people he had met. I have no idea of the people he does like. They are very very few and far between.
Are you able to go away on your own? Do you want to spend time with someone who has their mind on other things (Like themselves)? It may be better and safer for you to cancel and find something nice for yourself to do instead.
