      Hi Mellow,

You have been through so much heartbreak, it is no wonder you feel this way.
Have you spoken to a doctor?
They may be able to offer you alternatives to medication.

I have found exercise and eating healthy has improved my mental health.
It took around 3 months to see any improvements though.

Getting out for a walk in the fresh air.
It takes time to process the trauma you have endured.
Be kind to yourself, practice self care like bubble baths, pampering, face masks etc..
      Do something for yourself.

It took me a long time to do these things, we feel guilty for getting any enjoyment.
I have built up to being able to take a shower when I want, at one time this caused me a lot of anxiety.
My ex would demand I not shower because he thought I was getting clean for another man.
It took me months to get over this mental block.
      Xx

      Dearest Mellow,

You are grieving the death of this relationship- one thing is depression will be part of it burg there is hope on the other side because you will realise he is fake and phoney and you were always better off without him.

If you have the resources block and delete him and never look back. Your kids and you deserve better
