when do these ‘men’ get the message! I have had an awful day i had therepy which was awful i ended up crying. I got home to a message begging for help from a friend whos going through dv.
Now ive had a message from another friend telling me my ex has tried to add them on fb! She also sent me a picture where hes describing me as a narcisstic b***h from hell! This isnt a mutual friend it isnt someone he knows. What did he hope to gain. Why wont he just leave me alone.

He is the typical abuser. He is in complete denial of what he has done.
Do not react to fb. It is not worth it. Let him ramble on and ignore him.
If you want keep screen shots and show them to the police.

I hope your friend who suffers from DV can get out safely. x*x
