I’ve just received the below email from my estranged husband, it feels loaded with the inference of suicide. He’s sent similar stuff before & has previously used emotional manipulation, but I feel triggered & anxious, panicky & scared right now. As some of you know he cane round to my house the other week and I rang his GP due to things he was saying.

He’s not sent one like this for a while, it just seems loaded with a implication of suicide & it’s scared me (again) 😥 as you know he’s made all sorts of claims & similar statements in the past. I can’t think clearly about it. Is it more manipulative behaviour trying to get a reaction from me as he knows what buttons to push? I’ve slept so badly as I’ve felt jumpy. Half expecting the police to knock on my door.

Feeling for you . He clearly has mental health issues, but what can you do about his behaviour? I was affected by a suicide before Christmas, it isn’t nice, but it happens. He has to sort his mental health and you must take care of yours.
Only the strong survive! People who commit suicide don’t feel what others feel when they’re gone.
        Take care of yourself ❤️
