Merry Christmas and a better future to for all

Hi

Not sure if many of you will remember me but I just wanted to wish you all a safe Christmas and a better future.

I am now free of my abuser and move to a new house. There has been a few negatives, lost my job and my mother and the years of abuse took its toll and I had a mini break down.

Now I am feeling stronger and have a casual job which is getting me back in to the workplace.

Though early days I am seeing some one, he is very kind, and we laugh a lot. (not sure that I could have anyone full time, but trying not to over think)

Though money is tight I can’t ever remember being this content.

Where ever you are on your journey to freedom (mine took years) every day you are closer to your goal and its worth it.

I had the most peace Christmas Day no traumas, my friend and I cooked together something that would have never happened in the past. So enjoying the little things.
