  I have made a mistake moving so far away from family and friends. I have no support, incredibly lonely and just can’t do it. I am still totally isolated from everything. Feeling very low and struggling.

  Hi Benson, I am sorry you are far away from your friends and family.
  Would you like to move back where your friends and family live?
  Isolation is very fertile ground for an abuser to abuse you. Until you know what you wish to do, pls stay safe and surround yourself with your friends and family for protection. Ask them to come over. Or you go over to them. Don’t stay alone.
  Also call women’s aid to talk to someone.keep posting here. Sending you strength.
