I have just noticed on the joint account that he has (detail removed by Moderator)!

I have gone no contact, blocked him on everything but kept the joint account open so we can both pay the mortgage until it is sold. He doesn’t want to sell it so he’s going to make it as difficult as possible.

This has made me angry and worried, which is probably his intention! It’s such a pathetic thing to do. He has done it to be spiteful, or he is playing some other game.

I wonder if he has done it so I have to contact him. I almost just messaged him but I have a solicitor appointment today so stopped myself. I will explain to solicitor what he’s done and they can hopefully help me sort it out.

Why do they have to play these stupid games? I’m trying to heal, really struggling so bad, so depressed and then he does something like this and makes my anxiety a thousand times worse.

Thinking of you. I’m also going through the mill financially with someone who refuses to sell.
It’s bizarre how a person can treat another human in this way. The mind boggles. It’s so hurtful to be dehumanised and experience such cruelty.
It sounds like such a distressing time for you. Please do take good care of yourself through all this.

The solicitor was really good and reasurring. Finally something positive, although he will make everything as difficult as he possibly can but at least I have someone on my side who can help me!
