I have read some fantastic information tonight, it gets right to the heart of their tactics, maneuvers, aims and game plans to bring us down. Knowledge is power, the answers are here. I was love bombed, devalued & discarded and it all fits like a glove with what Zari Ballard describes. Please do read this if you are suffering from confusion, mind games, manipulation, silent treatment, discard, lying etc. Their behaviours are complex, calculated & can be subtle but we can outwit them with this knowledge.

The articles on this website are just amazing for learning what No Contact consists of, initially you would think its simple just dont call or answer. But No Contact is quite a lot more than that, this combined with covert abusive tactics it can be a challenge. For me Zari Ballard is the guru of managing No Contact and trauma bonding. Her website has hundreds of acticles of abuse, the tactics and womens experiences. Lovefraud is another faviourite.
