Calm yourself…..it’s a great first step, you’ve gotten this far! Day by day here…. Breathe, literally breathe. Take a deep deep breath in through your nose, hold for a few seconds then breathe out through your mouth very slowly, forcing it out slowly while saying ahhhhhh. Repeat a few times. It helps to calm you.

You have guidance now and support so don’t allow fear to rule you. Keep your own self critic and doubter in check. Just push the mute button on that one. Make each day a balanced plate. Too much worry makes one scurry. You can’t focus and scurry. Make time for fun, laughter, things that inject sunlight into you. Shake off the negative and put on the positive. You can do this and worrying is a waste of energy. Plan, educate yourself. Doors will open for you now that you are fighting. Keep your head up, okay? XX You’re doing great!

Its sounds like it will be long enough, so much can happen in that time. Leaving in lockdown is considered really important and there is a duty to house you. Have you signed up to the Housing List in your local area or where you want to be? That’s good first step you can do too. If you’re homeless you will be put high on the list as an emergency especially if you have children. Have you considered a refuge?
Well done. You’ll get sorted soon enough. You’ve made the first big step. Stay strong. xx

Thankyou both! Fear has paralysed me for so long…I have the devil on one shoulder saying ” are you sure your strong enough to go ahead with thos is massive??” And an angel on the other saying ” yes its massive….bit not as massive as a choice to stay!!” I’m trying not to let it overwhelm me..I keep thinking of what my nan used to say ” life has a funny way of working itself out.. nothing great ever bloomed in a comfort zone..and finally if your dreams dont scare you they arnt big enough xxxx

Ahh, my lovely, you are sooo strong and amazing and not just blowing smoke up your skirt either. You can’t see you but I do. Eh now, you are in your cocoon and wings are about dry so, you’ve beat them for so long now. It’s time to fly, yes?

Thump the self critic on your shoulder off, it’s that simple. Because YOU are the ruler of your castle and your life, no one else. We have to walk back into that castle, hands on our hips bne order everyone Out!!!! They are squatters. You are the rightful owner and Queen. They are there because they are allowed to be so kick them out. All the little voices and nay sayers, out you go! Not welcome!

Alot of times too, the voices that say oh how hard and impossible it is, are actually lying. When we take away our fear of it and anxiety of omg, what could happen, etc.? then much of the time with that gone and by putting into action what you need to – things actually end up being alot easier than we think.

But as long as we believe the hype, get all scared and run around in terror circles then the real deal because much larger and much more traumatic than it really needs to be. Confidence and self reliance on our own good radar and good sense actually calms us. Sometimes our very soul has been affected and we have to get that back. We, as women, are forces of nature but if we don’t exercise that power then we don’t know it. Time to get acquainted because you have fire in your belly, lady. Thanks to your Nan, she helped grow that. So light up that fire and keep it burning and take a ballbat to that thing on your shoulder!
