Hi all,

In the last couple of weeks I have noticed an increase in new people messaging on this forum.  Although I am glad people are reaching out for help, it genuinely breaks my heart as this is a sign that this time of year is just awful for victims of domestic abuse.  I remember being in this same position myself at the same time of year.  It is truly a sad and lonely place to be.

I just wanted to say to all those new people brave enough to message on here…I hear you, and I understand what you must be going through.  My thoughts are with you all x
