Not managing stress

I feel like myself and my child are piggy in the middle at the moment between my ex and his family. They’re trying to use the child as a pawn and I finally snapped. It’s clear to me where my exs abuse comes from but they refuse to see it. How do you manage the in laws I just want to run away. I don’t want to have to deal with all these emotions.

Hello.

It sounds like such a stressful situation for you and the child. Do you have any support from your family or a local organisation for these multiple perpetrators? I’m so sorry that this is happening to you.

My abuser tries to use his adult children against me, telling them all kinds of lies. So far they haven’t done any perpetrating; they seem to be estranged from him.

Recently I’ve been more focused on discovering myself and managing my difficult and sad emotions.

I have support but they’ve not exactly been keeping up with checking in. Family isn’t local. It’s not just the in laws. My child is bullied and I’ve had abuse from the child’s parent telling me to not talk to the other kids parent involved calling her kid a bully but they are!!! This parent has tried to gaslight me as if I haven’t watched them bully with my own two eyes. I can’t catch a break I’m fed up of dealing with people who wrong me and my child.
