Hi first post in years – its been a really rough few months (detail removed by moderator).
I came on here a while back and (detail removed by moderator) I’m still trying to get my husband out. I think he knows this time it really is over and he isn’t budging. Things have escalated (detail removed by moderator). Hi drinking has been escalating. He was blind drunk. He hd repeatedly promised me he would not drink at the local pub an return to my home so he shouldn’t of even been on my doorstep so I’m just about holding it together. I’m fuming. I have 4 children in my home. 4 are disabled. I’m so angry. My two disabled children were awake downstairs when this happened. If he hadn’t returned as promised this wouldn’t have happened as promised. What if he had actually had hi key in the door and been opening the door? They had a knife. (detail removed by moderator) I submitted my own occupation order request by the nav website yesterday an im yet to here. Its my hom but we are married. I’m told its hard toget an order. I don’t have police reports. I was embarrassed I covered up his emotional abuse for a long time. I’ve even been told I won qualify for legal aid unless there is physical abuse. Womens aid said what about if you change the lock while he is at work and make him apply for an oder. Should I do this? I feel like imgoing to explode any day been living on eggshells since Feb with him. I have adhd and I’m impulsive. Sitting and waiting this out is killing me.
