      Hi Sunnyfalconddream,

A MARAC (multi-agency risk assessment conference) is a meeting where representatives from different agencies, like police, health, housing, will meet to discuss how best to work together to help you keep safe. You should have a specialist domestic abuse worker, called an IDVA (independent domestic violence advocate/advisor), to support you with the process and represent you at the meeting. Hopefully, they will have already got in touch with you since you posted. If not, you could reach out to your local domestic abuse service for some support, IDVAs commonly work for local domestic abuse services. You could also use our Live Chat service to talk things through with a Women’s Aid worker.

      Take care and keep posting,
      Lisa
