My ex is in prison and he has started to send me things, weird things, leaflets and a birthday card. I don’t know what to do. It sets me back every time and I’m anxious everyday about the post coming. I’ve tried reporting it but it carries on, I can’t prove it’s him but I know it is

Can you have your mail redirected to a friend or family member in the meantime for them to open and store and while that’s going on you can report the matter to the police and to the prison authorities. Contact your local women’s aid and victim support for help with this matter. I know how triggering it is to receive things in the post, it really set my recovery back. It’s a small cost to have your mail redirected but it will give you some breathing space. Keep on at the police. This is harrassment x
