promoting ‘bad boys’ as a positive

I am not going to promote the brand involved in this, but how is society ever going to progress with dangerous negative idealogy such as this being promoted as a good thing.

Its so good… to be a bad boy…

Words fail me how arrogant this company is to be promoting such negative idioms on any public platform whilst the number of women and children being harmed by exactly this behaviour is on the increase.

…how is the public not attacking this full on, I despair.

I hear you TS! I despair… this is the Patriach in power… promoting Toxic masculinity.. something I am currently facing with my son, he believes men shouldn’t cry as it is weak, he has to be muscular to show everyone how strong he is… he certainly didn’t pick these unhealthy traits from myself or my other child, nope.. that’s from his dad and the media back it up! Infuriates me 🙈

I hear you, and I see this now for really young boys having to aspire to be some sort of muscular idol, some unattainable and soul destroying aspiration, a model of perfection, which doesn’t exist.

Crying is strength, to face and manage your emotions, is to be a fully matured human. Its so sad that this, due to online influence is being promoted. Its not only the harms done to women and children through these toxic messages, but building up more young boys to aspire to impossible ideals and foster the toxicity.

I’m glad he has you, to show there’s another way. A way of honesty to others and yourself.

All the emtions that matter in life, especially around Christmas. Much love to all.
