I spend everyday racked with anxiety. So I’m starting with the small stuff and recognising its ok that:
– Today I’ve brushed my teeth and washed my face
– I got dressed
– I had a smoothie and some vitamins
– I did a 10 minute guided meditation
– I sat in the garden and watched the world go by over a coffee and cuddling my dogs
– I’m attempting to work in small 15 minute chunks
These are pretty basic stuff right? But right now each of these is a small win. However you might be feeling, take a moment to recognise the small stuff and give yourself a massive pat on the back for keeping putting one foot in front of the other, an hour by hour, a day by day. We got this 🙂
