Renewing a non mol after it expires

I split with my ex (detail removed by moderator) and had a non mol for the first year. I let it expire because he seemed to be on the right track with seeing the kids and basically acting like a normal person. Lately though he’s been starting to make snidy comments in front of the kids, messaging me odd things (detail removed by moderator). I blocked him again after telling him to only communicate with me for child contact and he’s then sent a message to our daughter telling her to tell me to unblock him. Now I get he’s never going to be normal and (detail removed by moderator) he’s clearly not moved on despite our divorce being finalized next month. Would I be able to get a new non mol against him? I’m seriously concerned about what this man is capable of. Also not sure whether to let him still see the kids or not seen as though he has now involved them in this.
