Has anyone else got shared custody with their ex?

I feel like me and my daughter were failed and now I have had to continue going through the manipulation and control, although I am way stronger now.

however he has started to do to my daughter what he did to me and that’s manipulate and control and not wanting her to have a life outside of him.

she’s still only young and I don’t know what im going to do or how im going to be able to manage this forever. I’m always so scared he will sink his claws into her and turn her against me.

has anyone got any experience with this and how did it develop as their child got older?

I too had this co parenting. It’s a nightmare. I was living in fear of his visits.
I felt the kids needed contact with the dad but in meantime I was being hurt, humiliated.
