I get the opportunity to leave, but will need to be very soon, while he s away – the only safe way in my case.

I m so isolated I got nobody to ask for help, or advice, so just looking at the UK map and can’t stop my thoughts.

I have to find where to go, there s no pet friendly refuges, I tried many, no luck..

I have no driving licence, I do not drive…

I was told to find a short let in a council and then knock on their door homeless and ask for help…

Which areas and cities in the UK are “safe”?

      Which are well connected?

I feel lost and my PTSD is kicking in…

Is there a secret women community that helps that the world kept secret from me?

      Hi Littlemermaid

good luck with this, I hope you can find somewhere in the time you have.

For pets there are charities Dogs Trust or Refuge for Pets ( some others in local areas, look it up on the internet if you can, if you don’t have internet access let me know and I’ll try and send you phone numbers.) Some of these charities will support you with Domestic Abuse by finding caring foster carers for your animals until you can take them back.
Is this the only thing standing in the way of going to a refuge?

in terms of cities to head for, I guess that they all have pros and cons. Places with a lot of work would be a good suggestion. Do you have a job that you can transfer to another city?
