I need a break. Dealing with 4 kids I have no family no friends and no Money my ex pays a small amount whenever he feels like because a social worker forced him too he sees his kids (detail removed by Moderator) a week at my which house and most of that time he sexually harasses me. I’m exhausted this man is like a giant child he has issues and instead of getting help for his issues his making my life harder I can’t do anything I just want a normal co parent. Having to be everyones everything else is killing me my mental health is not good anymore I haven’t had anytime off in (detail removed by Moderator) years.

Have you spoken to your GP or local Women’s Aid?

Speaking to your GP is a good place to start… maybe write down some bullet points so that you go prepared?
