  Hi I am new to the forum and after being married for almost 20 years have finally admitted out loud that my relationship is abusive which is a massive step.

  25 years for me and I cant admit it to myself let alone out loud.
  This is a great forum to learn to understand to talk cry shout scream and gain advice. Have a read through the posts as the advice the inspiration on here is mind blowing.
