It happened. The thing I’ve been dreading happening for such a long time. I bumped into him. It was awful. But he didn’t speak to me. He looked like he was going to for a second but he didn’t. But awful all the same.

It happened to me too. I ran into a shop. He thought it a good idea to go to the ATM right outside the shop until I came out. It was horrible.

Then I was watching a video of a band I follow then he appears in in to sing and play bass. I was shocked and felt sick. I immediately stopped the video. My shock was he was his usual outgoing cheery self. The act he puts on for public viewing. Yuck

It was dreadful but having had time to reflect I am proud of myself for facing him, walking on by and not looking back. I am a stronger person now even if that moment and the time after I didn’t feel like it.

Hey there. I remember initially when he was arrested I had this awful urge to face him to get it over with. It was like huge anxiety that I thought would dissapear if I got the first meeting over with. I’m so glad I didn’t as I now know it would have made things worse. All I can say is each time I see my ex it gets easier. I’ve seen him from a distance. Driven by him and he stalked me round the court building and was waiting outside for me. now I see his stupid intimidating tactics as pathetic and rediculous. I’m not that same woman he used to terrorise with his stare. Stupid pathetic man. It’s great when you realise their Neanderthal behaviour. Good for you. Bet he got a bigger shock than you! 👍
