Hi all
Just venting

I had depression when I met my ex
Yup he said all the right things to me
He new all about my insecurities.. he said all I needed was to be happy.. Yup I feel like a fool.
Stupid because I fell for his bs

Trapped!!!

At the end of my abusive relationship
It was all used against me even police used it against me … so my case never went further

It just makes me so angry that I was blamed for everything

That sounds just awful. How on earth can the police use your mental health against you? You were in a very vulnerable situation when you met your ex if you were unwell. My husband too has used my mental health against me too. If you have been seeking treatment, you are behaving in a responsible way. Our mental health crashes when bad things happen over which we have no control. I hope you find the right support and I am not at all surprised you are angry.

So sorry to hear this. My husband has kept me trapped for years using my mental health issues. You should be angry. The trouble is there’s a lot of ignorance about the topic still. Worst of all is the predjudice. Hugs stay strong by knowing there’s others in same boat. We need to stick together
