Tonight how my ex has totally ruined our life’s. We are still affected and still a mess feel like the whole world’s against us and has come tumbling down on us. We don’t really have anyone to be honest I’ve just one or 2 close friends these men are a nightmare x*x

Dear Betterdays, try not to be sad, I think your world is just opening up, you and your boys have a positive bright future ahead of you now. The fact that you have only got 1 or 2 close friends is about normal (I don’t even have 1!), most people these days look like they are Miss Popular with hundreds of friends when in fact the majority of those people are just acquaintances. We are your friends on here because we want the best for you and your great sons. In time you could start joining some social groups if you wanted to, it will give you a chance to get out a bit and meet some new, non abusive related nice people. I’m a member of 3 groups which do activities that I like to do, i’m shy and don’t tend to mix much but it means I can get out & about and have a fun life. XXXXX
