What to do next

It’s been a while since I posted,
I deflated that’s why. I applied to the courts to only been denied “help with fee cost”

I need evidence of DV. Which I only have a therapist letter but obviously it don’t disclose details, and a Logged incident but I don’t think that will be enough. To get help with legal aid,

Iv been threaten with court repeatedly From him, reduced child maintenance, Constant criticism About me being a mom. he demands his own way and gets what he wants.

I’m literally near done so tired, everything just seems so complicated. 🙁

Hoping the letter and logged incident is enough but I don’t know anything about applying for legal aid, hopefully someone will.
