thank you Ocean for your reply, i spoke to someone from NCDV who said i shouldnt go for a non molestation order because only 1 incident happened (strangling) and he could contest it and win! i;m so confused…. need to call citizen advice really but hard with kids with me all the time, they hear some calls and see me pre occupied all the time its not fair on them.
how did you sort child care? do i go to family court? contact centres? though doubt they open at minute.
