      You have done something amazing and even if you don’t feel it just now you are strong. It will get better and you just need to remind yourself over and over that you’re not making it up or making a fuss. Eventually you will believe it. You have a bright future ahead, don’t let someone ruin it or control your life. It is yours and yours alone

      I think that’s totally understandable. It’s almost like grief for the loss of your relationship, all the hope you had a the start, I’m guessing it wasn’t all bad, and that’s what you’ll be missing. Also it is a difficult adjustment to be without a ‘person’. It is a natural thing for your brain to protect itself by trying to forget the bad times. Maybe try writting them down, write a message to yourself? So that you have it to look at if you start questioning.
