  Not really. Me and the kids have just got over covid, which he knows about.
  It’s a catch 22 – I want him to know I’m stopping contact so it’s done and I’ve not got all the stress and anxiety worrying about telling him. But I’m just so scared of telling him because I know he’ll kick off.
